To ensure compatibility, upgrade to the latest Maxis Postpaid plans via the Maxis App. Simply tap on “View Details” followed by “Upgrade Plan".

Is your preferred mobile number tied to an existing contract with Maxis?

Before placing your pre-order, please check your current contract end date. If you have more than one month left, you'll need to complete your contract term or formally end it first. You can easily check your contract details in the Maxis App: just go to Service Details and then Contract. If you need help, our customer service team is here for you!

Do you have any outstanding bills?

Please settle any outstanding bills on your account. This helps ensure a smooth process for your new device! You can easily check your outstanding amount and pay bills through the Maxis app.

Before initiating your pre-order, please ensure that you are connected to a stable and reliable internet connection, as high traffic may cause delays. All outstanding bills must be fully settled in advance to avoid any interruptions. Prepare a valid payment method with sufficient balance, such as a credit card, debit card, or online banking. Prior to submission, carefully verify your order details, including the selected device model, color, storage capacity, and plan. Once confirmed, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your pre-order, after which you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

Follow these steps to easily transfer your eSIM via the Maxis app

What You Need
  • Maxis App version 9.1 or above
  • Currently a Maxis Postpaid subscriber using a physical SIM or eSIM
  • Your account is active, not barred or suspended.
  • Registered owner is able to receive SMS OTP and able to perform NRIC/passport and face verification.
  • Email address is the account holder's email address.
  • For Share line users, the Principal line owner must walk-in store to request for the eSIM QR.
What To Do

CONVERT PHYSICAL SIM TO ESIM

Step 1 On your new device, go to your Maxis app and tap on the eSIM icon.

Who is eligible to pre-order the iPhone 17 series?

All existing Maxis Consumer customers who are eligible for a device contract may pre-order the iPhone 17 series prior to the official launch. To proceed, please ensure the following:

  • You are subscribed to the latest Maxis Postpaid plan with a 5G-compatible SIM.
  • You have no outstanding or overdue bills.
  • You do not have an existing Maxis contract with more than one (1) month remaining.
  • You have successfully completed your port-in, if applicable.
I haven't ported into Maxis yet but plan to. Can I submit a pre-order request using my current number from another service provider?

Pre-orders are only available for existing Maxis mobile lines. If you are planning to port into Maxis, we recommend completing the port-in process first to ensure you can successfully place your pre-order request.

What should I expect after completing my pre-order?

While we're working hard to get your device to you quickly, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery due to exceptional demand. We want to ensure every device meets our quality standards before it reaches you.
